Meet The Trainer

Hi there! I’m Rita Goodhead, an experienced trainer and facilitator with over 10 years of expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences.

After completing my BSc in Psychology, I became increasingly interested in the link between wellbeing, behaviour, and performance, both personally and professionally. I’ve always been passionate about promoting health and wellness, whether through fitness (I’m also a qualified personal trainer!) or helping teams build happier and more supportive working environments. Given how much time we spend in the workplace, I believe it’s essential to create environments that enable individuals to perform at their best and feel truly supported.

Over the years, I’ve created and delivered training for a wide range of organisations on topics such as leadership, equality diversity, and inclusion, and psychological safety, the core training offered by The Thriving Space. Notable organisations I have trained include FTSE 250 company Drax Group, the NHS, and Transport for London (TfL).
